QNK 7.5KW 10HP 220V AC 33A VFD Converter Single to 3 Phase Inverter Variable Frequency Drive for CNC Spindle Motor Speed Controller

Works well for my air compressor. Instructions are a little difficult to read, but once you figure it out, it’s pretty smooth sailing from there. The only trouble I had was with the control circuit, which is literally just a loop. I thought I had to hook up an external power source for the control circuits, but it’s literally just a loop with a switch in it, which in this case was the compressor pressure switch. Only power supply I had to hook up was for the 220 V. The unit itself is constructed of plastic, but it does not feel very cheap, it is actually quite a sturdy piece of equipment. I used a 10 hp unit for my 5 hp compressor. No overheating issues, and it also includes an internal temperature reading so you can monitor while it’s running.I would definitely purchase this again.

I picked this up to run an Enco 3 hp vertical mill. After spending some time with the manual, I hooked it up without issue on the first try. My mills runs buttery smooth without hesitation. I like the ability to vary the speed with the turn of a dial. I remote mounted the VFD on the front of the mill for easy access. The included cable was just long enough to reach from the back of the mill to the face plate I made for the front by the master switch. I would and did buy again. Picked a 25 amp unit up for my 3 phase table saw I just drug home from an auction.

Set up is a little confusing but once figured out has worked great for my 1hp mill

Using this on a 3hp 3phase motor on an old lagun mill. Has been working great so far. Easy to do variable speed with. Probably one solution for those folks who have variable speed pulleys which don’t work correctly anymore.

Had it wired in and it wouldn’t power up the machine. Wasn’t able to have it wired in immediately and they wouldn’t send a replacement. Was issued a return and was charged a “restocking fee” to send it back just outside of the 30 days.

Needed this to control a new motor for my lathe to give me variable speed without moving the drive belt (DIY upgrade). The instructions on how to program it are pretty good - no trouble following them. Combined with an RPM sensor, I have exactly what I need.

Yes this inverter works well and was pretty easy to get set up, it helped that I recently went through the programming of a similar inverter
