Great book for persons looking to invest in multifamily properties 16 units and larger such as apartment complexes. The read is a little dry and the author is a little arrogant, but he definitely knows what he's talking about and provides great insights into managing staff and running large apartment complexes properly. Not a must read for the average do it yourselfer, but a great read for a large apartment complex property manager or owner.

I have not completely read this book, chocked full with information. that I had not even thought about....Book in new condition as advertised.
