Great replacement
Amazingly bright and runs cool

The light color is warmer than expected
they are a good replacement for the traditional ones, probably just a bit too warm for my purpose. But nevertheless a good product.

power rating incorrect
These bulbs are actually 1.5W at 12V; and, while they are brighter, are not three times brighter than the 1W LED bulbs. Consequently I am disappointed in the light output.

Excellent value, as bright as my 20W halogens
Initially was concerned that they were a bit dim, but that was using the old halogen 12v transformer, once I installed the new led driver they were great, no flicker, no heat, great stuff. Nearly all flicker is caused by the conflict of old 12v transformers for halogen bulbs, which produce a rough rectified 12v wave that then conflicts with the electronics in the bulb, (generally all led operate between 2.2 and 3.2 v) so in the LED bulb they are grouped together and or voltage reduction electronics are used, and these really need the smooth DC that an LED driver provides. Might be worth checking your set up, if you want to move to LED, best move all on any one transformer and also get LED drivers, don't assume your old transformer will do the job. (well not without probs).

Arrived quickly. Work well but colour was slightly different to existing lamps. Cant argue about the price!

Nice and bright, and so much tougher than old g9s
I lost count of the Humber of halogen G9s I got through in my e-bulb lamp. These are much tougher,band I hope will last many times longer. Lost a star because I didn't realise the are linger than the originals, so the round metal heads no longer screw right down. This is not a problem for the lamp's current placement, but be aware of this difference in length - it might matter to you.

Flicker when dimmed
Ok when on full brightness but they flicker when they are dimmed.
