Q: whats the difference between the yellow packaging and the red packaging. is one slightly whiter than the other

It looks like their new package design. If it's yellow or grainy they will state it on the front.

Q: Why is this unavailable in 2019, I don't like the Yellow version with palm oil?

This Gari tastes very well. I was born in Ijebu Ode, and I know how to make garri from cassava, furthermore, I have been ordering this garri for over two years now. It’s perfectly alright for consumption. I don’t know the seller. I can only tesitify to what I consumed. Amazon has my record of purchases. This Garri is good and should be back on the platform

Q: Can you make flatbread with this?

Never heard of it being used to make any bread. I do add it with flour to coat fish instead of breadcrumbs, otherwise I add boiled water or oil to make Gari foto. I think of Gari as a west african version of couscous.
