why only 500 mg per capsule plus fillers? that is an inferior product.

This product works very well. My capsules contain 1000 mg of Glycine. You take 2 30 minutes before sleep.

Capsules are normal supplement size. They are soft. Not difficult to swallow, but they are not small.
