I am seeing some bootleg versions on Amazon, is this genuine NECA product?

The one I have is a genuine Neca release. But if you got a bootleg, send it back and report the seller. Check the box, if the artwork is lacklustre and dull, it's probably a bootleg. Genuine Neca figure boxes have very clear art and vividly coloured. Also there should be a mark on a leg or base of the foot that says Neca and the date it was produced. Bootlegs don't have that. Hope this helps.

What does the packaging look like with this product? As I'm going to keep it seald.

The packaging is actually made in such a way that you can display the figure in package and still get a wonderful visual representation of the figure even if you take it out of packaging you can place the figure and accessories back in the box the same way it was packaged. The package is fantastic with a slide window , you can check it out online on YouTube reviews of this product.
