Delicious and tastes like pineapples. I mix with my coconut water and its like a island treat that doesn't even taste healthy. I drink with breakfast every day

These enzymes are easy to swallow, they are in powder form. All you do is open up the package and put the powder in your mouth and they dissolve in your mouth. And they do help digest the food quickly when you have over eaten. They’re a good value. Highly recommended.

It helps my bowel movement but there is some strange taste to it.
