Whitening effect is not noticed after use. Taste is neutral, texture is also nothing special. Overall not so much effectiveness for the money.

These two products do not work. Have been using them for a few weeks and nothing. Waste of money

I have concerns that this product isn’t available in the U.K. so I approach it with caution. I can’t find any references to it containing fluoride and I wonder if the level of abrasion may be too high for EU. rules. I wouldn’t use it all the time for these reasons, a pack lasts me one month of daily use so I tend to alternate it with my regular fluoride toothpaste for month 2. I do think Crest 3D is good for removing stains but there is no way this is changing the colour of your natural tooth enamel. For a tenner every month or two I think it’s fine. Lower your expectations though. It’s just toothpaste.
