Five starts, but with a suggestion. First, it's delicious and different. The coffee is high quality, the bourbon flavor and aroma are dominant, but not overpowering, with the cherry more pronounced the sweeter you make each cup. The bomb with a cigar, BTW. My suggestion is to play with adding a vanilla note. I'll be brewing some with a couple vanilla extract drops. Update incoming.

I've always enjoyed fire department coffee I typically get the dark roast grounded coffee not only that I also get the satisfaction of helping firefighters and fellow first responders by purchasing a bag or two of their coffee

I was not enjoying my coffee and decided to switch. 5# bag was a risk but figured could use it in emergency if I did not like it! Was very surprised at flavor! Bold yet smooth and very enjoyable! Plan to purchase again…

It’s good but tastes neither like cherry nor bourbon. My husband can taste the bourbon, he gives it ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. He also doesn’t like the way it smells.

Taste Like rich drip coffee! Max beans on the expresso machine at work and it taste absolutely amazing! no bitterness just a rich taste similar to drip coffee! would buy again, smooth expresso beans, which is hard to find at times.

While we loved the fact that by buying from this brand we're helping to support emergency responders, this flavor just fell short. It wasn't highly acidic, but the dark cherry just wasn't there. We made the first pot with our typical amount of coffee--very little cherry taste. On the second pot we decided to try an additional scoop of grounds. Nope, still didn't provide much cherry flavor. We'll continue to try their other flavors over time, but this one we won't be repurchasing.

I LOVE THIS COFFEE!! This coffee is so smooth and tastes wonderful! It is not bitter not crazy strong and has been a front runner for me since I found it!
