Greaaat flour
Good packaging. great quality & value for money. I felt the difference when working with it straight away, the texture, taste & strechiness does not compare with supermarkets flour, this one’s the real deal.

Great for pizza oven pizzas.
Makes amazing pizza. More expensive then supermarket flour and it probably does t make the difference I think it does but my pizzas using this have always tasted amazing in the pizza oven.

When I moved to Germany, I realised the normal german flour somehow hindered my from making fluffy pancake or soft bread. Then I tried this flour and my pancake and bread are soft and fluffy again! It is also good for the dough for deep fries (tempura). I continuously buy this flour and never go back to the normal german flour.
