As I have gotten older I have lost some muscle mass. To slow and even reverse that process, exercise is recommended (and I am ramping that up) but so is taking Creatine. So I decided to give this product a try. I must say, I really like it. It has no flavor so it can be consumed in plain water or with any beverage. There is no clumping and it dissolves really easily. And the ingredients? Just Creatine Monohydrate (well and a measuring scoop which, for me, was at the top). I have been taking this for about two weeks. The thing I noticed most is a reduction in muscle soreness after working out. Same workout, less muscle soreness. I love that. There are a lot of other things Creatine is supposed to be good for including helping to build muscle mass and maintaining brain sharpness, so I am hoping that happens as well. But this is obviously having an good effect on my body so I'm going to continue to take it. That this product is so clean and so easy to take makes it a winner in my book. Now will it give me 6 pack abs? I can dream ;)
