I grew up drinking Ensure. As an adult, I don't digest things very well & I need electrolytes. Good mid-day snack to keep me full + hydrated. Doesn't have a weird texture or make me queasy like other brands. So easy to drink. It's got protein, micronutrients, fiber. Bonus is it doesn't spike or drop your sugars. My favorites are the dark chocolate, strawberry, and recently, cinnamon vanilla. The banana and coffee flavors were pretty disappointing. Nice ordering on Amazon because not all stores carry all flavors or they're out of stock.

Very hard to find this flavor in stores, purchase online whenever I can. One of my top Atkins flavors I always purchase. Like that it has a good amount of protein and is very convenient and filling to drink first thing in the morning when I’m not too hungry but want to get to eat. Atkins is one of my top ready to make shakes that I have everyday.

We like most of the Atkins shakes, and we pretty much like Cinnamon Swirl best. Good flavor, convenient, shelf stable, and good for all sorts of diets.
