Excellent bread scraper
Sturdy, well made, a good grip, a must for bread making. Even has a ruler on it. Have used it dozens of times and it still looks new.For scraping up bread dough, cutting bread dough into portions, just cleaning up afterward, also can work for gathering up chopped veggies.

Great Tool! Why not 5 stars?
This is a great kitchen tool that I have been missing. The quality and functionality is exactly what I was looking for. The handle provides a comfortable grip and it has the appearance of a high quality kitchen tool. The blade is slightly sharpened which provides flexibility in its use. I mostly needed it to scrape and separate dough, but found it to be useful to chop/cut fruits and veggies, too. Why not 5 stars? It’s lacking a suitable guard for the blade.
