Does the ekster come with the extra backplate or do you have to buy it seperate?

Yes, this item comes with the back plate and cash strap as pictured.

How many cards in slide out? My previous slide wallet scratched all the cards as well, I'm assuming this would do the same.

I have had my Ekster wallet for a few weeks now. I do not show any scratches on my cards. It only holds 6 cards in the slide out. I ordered the carbon fiber wallet four times and each time I got an aluminum one. Finally gave in and bought an aluminum one since they would not send me a carbon fiber one.

Does this wallet come with the billfold as shown?

Hi there! Thanks for your question. The Carbon Cardholder can hold up to 12 cards. In the main cardholder holds 4 to 6 standard-sized cards depending on their thickness (maximum of 4 embossed cards or 6 non-embossed cards) but the expandable backplate which is a removable plate can fit up to 6 extra cards (depending on their thickness) and some folded bills.

A stylist Minimalist EDC

I was searching for a minimalist everyday carry (EDC) wallet and compared options like Ridge, Double Oak, Ekster, and others. I found that Ekster stands out the most in terms of design and style, and the card ejector mechanism is fantastic.When I tried to purchase these wallets from their official site, I discovered that we would have to pay 100% in customs charges on top of the wallet costs, which is insane. However, I was pleased to find them available on Amazon India, and to my surprise, they turned out to be original brand wallets at a decent price.Note: Those transitioning from traditional wallets to EDCs may experience a learning curve, especially when it comes to carrying cash.There are many supporting accessories available for these EDC wallets, but unfortunately, they are not available for purchase in India. I plan to buy accessories like the AirTag cash clip when I go abroad.If you tend to carry less cash and prefer digital payments, an EDC wallet is a must-have.

No Tracker inside the package
