This helps my neck pain. It takes about 4 minutes in my microwave to reach the desired heat level. Stays warm for 10 minutes.

The Sunny Bay heating pad works well and the length is just right. I used it around my neck and also across my lower back. To keep it clean, I use a cover that I saved from my 30 year old heating pad that is aging quickly.

I use this in my massage therapy practice. The innards move around too much leaving the critical part nearly empty. Does really get very warm. Having said that, it is well-made, soft, nice material, good value.

Very relaxing

This heating pad is good. I am happy there was no odor at all. I do not care for any of the lavender scents, or the corn scent left on other pads. This heating pad was soft, long enough and didn't collapse when I used. Great product.

I really wanted to love these! I use the neck pad at night to help with support and chronic pain. Then I use the smaller pack for my eyes at night. They initially feel great. They are well made, and are definitely effective for the amount of time that the pads remain cold. For reference: I put them in the freezer in a freezer bag in the morning when I wake up. They remain there all day until bedtime. Yet still, I don’t even get an hour of cold relief before they fizzle out. For the price point, I’m really disappointed. I REALLY wanted to love them. I have not tried them for heat, so I cannot comment on that. Hopefully I will be able to get some sort of relief that way. I wish I had kept scrolling honestly. Chronic pain stinks.

easy to microwave following instructions, heat lasts at least 20 minutes, fits my small neck perfectly. much better than trying to tie on an electric heating pad, also good for arthritic wrists wrap.
