Recommend i luve in the uk we have the nhs but my god you will be waiting for 3 or 4 hrs at least before getting stitches or staples for a would this worked well didn't hurt either needed 6 staples or stitches but was in a mood to wait around in a waiting room so luckily I had that in my first aid kit one of best buys
