RUNNERS, don't buy!!! I'm giving it 5 stars but wanted to write this for anyone using these for carbs for long duration exercise Each pack is 10gram carbs. So that's 200grams of carbs for £12 For comparison, high5 gels have 23g per sachet, and sell 20 in a box So that's 460 grams carbs for £14. And it's proper glucose/fructose mix For runners only, waaaay too expensive.

Kids love them!

The product itself is good, we buy these or a variety of these regularly, they make for good school snacks to. However I purchased this particular one this time as it was advertised as Stitch which my girls love, it might seem silly but they were looking forward to having their Stitch snack and we were just sent the original packaging ones. I feel it shouldn’t be the first photo on the listing if you’re not going to receive what’s advertised..
