Cheap fix to a major humidity problem
These things work great. Put em anywhere you gave a moisture problem. Anywhere you get mold. I live in the hills on a north facing slope. Low sun. lots of shade and moisture. I use them in my shop and in my 5th wheel. They suck up that condensation on the windows. Especially after a shower or doing the dishes. Its not an instant thing, but they will fill up with water after time. Usually takes a week or so before you see any water in them but they work nonstop and will eventually fill up and this is moisture that would have caused mold or even wood-rot. They are priceless but yet cheap. I highly recommend them. Cheap fix to a major problem

Works Very Well w/ a Couple of Minor Complaints
These work great! I have placed them in cabinets in a damp area that does not have electricity and they have worked very well absorbing the excess moisture. Results are not immediately apparent, but trust the process . . . they do work. A larger reservoir and a neutral color would be nice. Not everyone wants a blue or purple color showing. Perhaps black or gray? Disposing of the residual liquid is not the easiest though. The instructions say not to open the inner seal, but in some cases, it is necessary to discard the contents. The liquid that remains does not absorb easily and leaves a slippery residue like bleach. Even a drop of the liquid will remain if it gets on clothing or a rug. The directions do not address this.
