Do these have a handel on the bottom please?

No Handel, it doesn't have a handle either.

Are they suitable for use with eyelet rings ? If not, what would you recommend, please ?

Hi Andrea. They don't just clip on to eyelet curtains like they would a normal track. But I have them with eyelet curtains. I have sewn them to the back of the curtains close to the outermost eyelet. Other ways of solving this problem could be a) a large safety pin on the back of the curtain then you could use the clip b) sew a short piece of meccano to the outer edge of the curtain - providing rigidity - and clip in to one of the holes. Basically you have to bodge it somehow but that is what I have done because I couldn't find any alternative. I am not a great homemaker though so others may have better ideas. Good luck! Judith

Will the metal clip part go rusty? I’m in a humid climate so it’s important to buy non rusting items.

Giessing it probably would in time. You would need certain metals like brass or stainless steel not to rust. You could prob coat it with something like lacquer which would help protect it and seal especially the bit that goes inside the acrylic. I havent seen any with brass clips though when I was looking and given the price of these and the quality its probably worth a try
