I use this for barbell hip thrusts in the gym, as they are known to give hefty bruises on the hip bones which are very painful. This does the job perfectly to prevent this! It's very padded, slides on to the bar and secures with a strip on velcro. As a reference I do up to 110kg hip thrusts, and works perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I really don't recommend this foam pad because it doesn't fit around an olympic bar properly making it a massive faff in the gym.

Made from strong material, I've had this about 8 weeks now and it works great. A little hard but I'm sure that will soften when I've used it a while longer

Great quality barbell pad and will fit all bars using it's Velcro fastening. definitely worth investing in to your home gym to make Barbell squats, Lunges and other exercises more comfortable.

Not easy to fix

Works great for hip thrusts, can’t feel the bar at all and fits the bar well because of the Velcro

Way too small, doesn’t fit any gym bars we tried it with, including Smith machine bars which tend to be slimmer than Olympic bars.

To be honest what I paid for this, I was expecting a cheap product but what I received was pretty decent quality. It's light, definitely durable and long lasting, looks great as well and does what its made for. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
