This product was recommended to take to help with my oral health. I have a few cavities and I take this along with the strong jaw supplements and in the past six months my dentist said one of my cavities has healed itself. I can't say for certain, but I the only thing I changed was taking these and the strong jaw supplements. Easy to swallow, good quality, I haven't noticed anything change in my energy level, but since that isn't what I am after, I'm okay with that. Definitely will be purchasing again.
