Our barbell attachment is made of natural rubber (the same rubber used in car tires), which is elastic and strong and durable. The honeycomb design on the surface makes it more non-slip, textured and nice to touch. It's a must-have accessory for home gym equipment.

Q: Can this barbell attachment work on a 1-inch barbell, or for Olympic barbells only?

This product is for 2 inch only and Olympic barbells. If you're using a thinner 1-inch barbell, you can buy barbell adapter sleeves on amazon. To size for an adapter measure from the collar to the end of the barbell, the collar holds the adapter in place, usually with hex bolt. Then your 1-inch barbell can be adapted for this barbell mine.
