Mice are eating this nightly, i think i have a big infestation. has been a week and not gone. will they? or i do i need to call pest control in

If they are eating it they will 'go' - we had a similar experience and I wondered if the poison was working - it did. I leave some down all the time now as a precaution.

Does this poison work on mice? Or is it only for rats and mouse ?

This poison will kill rats/mice /cats/dogs and basically anything else. Even be cautious of any dust emitted from any bags

Would this be effective on voles as well?

It'll kill anything and everything : mice, rats, voles, birds, squirrels, cats, dogs, children.... Needless to say handle with care and try to keep it contained in such a way that only the target species can get at it. The tiny grain pellets are ok for internal use like behind a kitchen unit plinth or in your loft or other mainly inaccessible space, but for outside use I would advise using target pest specific enclosed bait stations and larger poison blocks which can't be carried away and stashed by the pests. Do your research before buying. Hope this helps.

Does it work for pigeons?
