I prefer this feather shuttlecock to the one I purchased from the sports store. The quality of this one is noticeably superior; the feathers are more durable, and the craftsmanship appears more refined. When I play, I can feel that it flies more consistently and provides a better overall performance. In comparison, the one from the store felt flimsy and didn't hold up well during games. This shuttlecock has truly enhanced my playing experience.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve been playing with these for several weeks now, even during the day without the LED. They’re heavier than a normal shuttlecock, which actually makes them more enjoyable playing outdoors because they combat any breezes a bit better. At dusk or at night, these are really fun to play with. We strung waterproof lights (Bebrant 66ft 200 LEDs Fairy Lights) along the netting to give us just enough light to see our rackets and the net (video attached is before we strung the lights up). These are a solid quality. We haven’t had any break. We did leave one out during a rain storm - the light still worked but the covering over the cork end came off. The shuttlecock still worked though, and that was a quality issue so much as us being careless. These are a ton of fun and let us play at any hour. These will be great for the summer.

Recently, I started teaching my kids how to play badminton. I decided to upgrade from nylon to feather birdies. These birdies’ flight and weight are superior to their nylon counterparts. However, their durability seems questionable. My 7-year-old started knocking out their feathers starting from the very first game. I’m not sure how long these typically last, but I wasn’t expecting them to start falling apart within a few weeks of purchase.

We really don't like the plastic shuttlecocks so wanted to get the birdies. These work fine for the price but the feathers started to break a little after couple of uses. We can still use the birdies but would love it if they are more durable.
