I've been racing my two Losi Mini-B R/C cars for over a year. For the price and their size, I'm very impressed with the performance around a race track. I also have a few Tekno trucks and one Associated R/C race car for comparison. If you're racing this car on indoor black carpet, I recommend changing the springs to the copper color (firm), swapping the shock oil for 45wt front / 35wt rear and lowering the ride height to prevent traction rolling. Tip - The shocks only open up at the bottom cap. Do not try to open the top of the shock like the shocks on most other R/C vehicles. Don't over fill the shocks to prevent from making the little rubber o-ring pop out and become damaged when you screw on the bottom cap. In my experience, the best servo for the Losi Mini-B is the Reefs 179 with a 25T micro solid metal servo horn. If you are on a budget, the EcoPower 827 is a good inexpensive option and it drops right in with the stock servo horn. My favorite tires are the Pro-Line wedges up front and the Pro-Line Prism on the rear. Here are the other components in my open / modified class Losi Mini-B: Spektrum SR215 2-channel receiver Hobbywing QuicRun WP-16BL30 brushless ESC Reefs 179 servo Gaoneng 2s 650mAh 120c lipo batteries converted to EC2 connectors There are tons of optional metal upgrades from Hot Racing. After I crashed and broke a front hub, I replaced them with Hot Racing metal parts that can withstand crashes better. If you want to change the stock 18T pinion to a 19T or 20T for more top speed, you'll have to either Dremel out the stock motor plate or buy the Hot Racing adjustable motor plate. The only new pinions I have found are from Robinson Racing (2mm bore for 2mm motor shaft). My last tip is to attach Velcro strips along the bottom inside edge of the body and the black plastic rails on the sides of the car. It's much easier to put the body on or take it off with Velcro strips compared to the tiny body clip that people lose frequently.

Dans l'ensemble c'est un bon buggy pour le racing, mais si votre but est de l'utiliser pour du bashing en 3s, vous devrez investir environ 300$ pour qu'il ait la solidité et la durabilité qu'on attend d'un bon basher.

Super fun buggy. I have found it prefers a carpet track or well maintained dirt clay. Paired it with the now discontinued dynamite 6000kv 2in1 and it's surprisingly fast. Tops out at 35mph. That don't sound like much but that is pretty fast for indoor and more than enough power to win races.
