As a Thyroid patient it is very hard to find a good multivitamin Without Iodine or Iron - top notch .

Viridian make the best multivitamins on sale over the counter in England...
Fast delivery and very well packaged. It came with a very long shelf date, showing they were as fresh and potent as they can be. I only buy Viridian tables in the U.K.
