Great tasting with a good amount of electrolytes to keep you hydrated during your workout or run. This is my go to drink when I do for a run as I just put a scoop of the powder on my 16oz. Amphipod bottle mixed with alkaline water and go out for a 10 mile run.

We've been using this on our long bike rides, 3+ hours, and it works well and is easy to drink. I'll be buying more of it.

Absolute game changer. I have been lifting weights for over 12 years now and I have experimented many times with supplements until I stopped all of them for years now. Recently I thought about trying electrolytes to add to my water since my workout are quite vigorous and I sweat a whole lot. Since adding this to my water and drinking while working out I have felt much less fatigued and recover faster after. It gives me just a little extra help especially in those heavy leg days. I chose the orange flavor and it’s delicious and not too overwhelming. I add it to about 18-20 oz of water which is gone by the end of my workout. I highly recommend this product.

Un buen producto para reponer los electrólitos perdidos durante el ejercicio, un buen sabor, su empaque sella correctamente, tiene un cuchara medidora por lo que no tendrás problema para realizar la mezcla según tus necesidades. En lo personal me funciona correctamente pero esto depende de cada persona y la forma en que lo usas.
