Brilliant for person worh saliva issues

Essential for anyone who suffers from dry mouth.
I suffer from dry mouth of a night, my nose blocks and I end up breathing through my mouth. I’ve been using these for many years and they do the trick. Somehow they encourage you to make saliva, in a gentle way. Couldn’t be without them. I take one out of the box and put it by my water, then during the night I simply pop it in my mouth (I don’t even know I do this) and that’s it. Do NOT think you are being clever by leaving it in the box. Dear God, the noise that box can make….. take it out and leave it on the bedside table. They don’t get soft or anything. I’ve done some radio shows (radio 4&2) and I suck one of these about half hour before I went live - no drying up on live radio!

Definitely worked and fairly immediately. Taste was fine as far as im concerned. I just use them at night.

Works within a minute
I suffer with terrible mouth dryness from medication. I've tried several other treatments that have not worked. Found this and I've never looked back. I place 1 under my tongue and within a minute or so my mouth is watering and the dry gone. This happens until the pastille has dissolved. Very happy and will definitely recommend. This is my 2nd box and will be buying more on a regular basis

Not worth the money - no noticeable effect
I bought these to ease my dry mouth, caused by medication, however, even though the relieve the dryness a bit while they are in my mouth,after the pastille is gone, that's it! They are also quite uncomfortabe to suck - they don't seem to soften at all in the mouth, and they have some quite hard edges. I have had better relief from chewing sugar free gum. I won't be buying any more.
