I’ve used powdered eyeshadow for as long as I can remember but I’ve been changing my makeup regimen to better compliment my older skin (I’m 64). I love this eyeshadow! I learned though that I can only use it on my upper lids. Because my eyes are so deep set, if I use the shadow on both lids they stick together every time I blink. It’s weird feeling your lids peeling off each other. But I’m very happy with the appearance and wearability of these shadows even in hot and humid weather. Although you can apply it with your fingers it is best to use a good brush and remember a little goes a long way.

Great color, a soft purple. This product hardens like cement though. Hard to remove from small brush or sink surface. I love it though on my eyes. I paired it with a paisley blouse I found on Amazon, with same color in the blouse.Save animals, buy cruelty free.Update: oil free eye make up remover dissolves this shadow from your brush and from your eyes. I buy the generic from WM. It's a knock off of Neutrogena. Shadow stays on for days.

It does not budge that is for sure and you don't want to use to much or your stuck with bright eye lids, a light application lasts all day with brilliant color.

Honestly, nothing special, if you're not really good at knowing how to blend product. I don't really care for the way this blends. It's harder than it looks. I think everyone gets enamored by it being a puffy eyeshadow product, but truthfully, I think they could have done way way better today it's developing this. Either way, I do like the shade.It is nice.

Applied smoothly...Great color!!

THIS STUFF IS HORRIBLE. I have used Elf products before mainly due to cheap price but always wondered about the quality. I tried this color yesterday and it was so thick and goopy that I could not control the application. I then went to remove it and it would not come off after four times with micellar water makeup remover. I tried another kind of remover and it still left a faint gold tinge to my eyelid. Today my inner eye is very irritated, burning badly. I used an Ocu wipe, flushed my eye out but it still hurts. The other eye is also irritated but not close to the level of this one. I pray I don't have to go to my eye doctor. BUYER BEWARE. I will not EVER purchase Elf products again, if its too cheap there is a reason.
