This is a good product for the price. solid and looks good, pretty easy to assemble and so far is holding my TV fine.

This is an excellent and sturdily made product. The package contains lots of parts to enable the stand to be assembled such that it fits just about any TV within the stated size range. There are many height options for positioning the TV on the stand. This is done during the assembly process. If, after assembly, the TV is too low or high, it is easy to make the appropriate changes. When assembling the stand, do it in an organised and tidy way as there are scores of parts (screws, spacers, washers (metal and plastic) and clips). The parts come in individually labelled pouches in a two long polythene parts strips. Do not open them all at once, take it slowly and only open the pouch when you need to. I suggest you do not overtighten the screws, just a 'gentle firmness' if I can put it that way will suffice. As the stand fits so many TVs, you will not need many of the parts as they are for 'other' TVs. Do not throw these other screws if you thing the need may arise in the future to use the stand for another TV. The stand looks as though it will last for many years. After assembly, it was easy to just hook the TV onto the stand and even here there are a couple of height options. The stand does not allow tilting but that does not seem to matter much with large TVs - mine is 43 inches. I think it is more important with small TVs

We recently bought a fabulous new 55" OLED TV, but even before it arrived I was certain that the feet (one at each end) were too wide for our TV cabinet. I had a hunt round and found this Bontec TV stand, which looked robust enough to do the job. It's a strong metal frame that will fit pretty much any VESA mounting holes on the back of a large screen TV. It takes a bit of assembling, but is sturdy with a strong glass base. I like that this is a quality item and it looks really good under our new TV. It's assembled in two stages, putting the frame on the back of the TV and then building the stand. The frame then fits onto the base, two small screws are tightened to hold it in place. There is an issue though, which is that the two screws only prevent it falling off the base forwards or backwards. No matter how hard I try to tighten them they don't stop the frame and therefore the entire TV from sliding from side to side. With a TV weighing 20Kg and in the corner of a room this isn't really much of an issue, but it would be if this were positioned in the centre of a wall with nothing stopping a pet or child from knocking it to one side, and potentially sliding off the base. The price was excellent and makes me wonder why these TVs can't come with a simple but attractive stand like this, rather than the annoying overly wide feet. Get the side to side mounting issue sorting and this would be an easy five star product.

I ordered this to replace a wall mount for our old TV as we wanted to move it to a different room. It is easy to put together and comes with different screws to account for different brands of TV. It didn’t take long to put together and I’m happy with how the TV looks on top of the display unit. You can adjust the TV height up or down depending on where you want to put the TV. Overall a good quality product at a great price!

Excellent, well designed, well made and sturdy piece of kit, like the smoked glass base. Loads of adjustment height possibilities with this stand. As others have said do not open the string of fixings all at once in the long chain self sealed packets. They are all marked A,B,C etc which is helpful, you will only need a fraction of the range supplied as the kit covers a wide range of TV designs. Allen key and spanner also provided, all you will need in a flat blade screwdriver. Instructions are reasonable, study them well and they become clear, well in my case anyway! All in all very simple. Some have mentioned the TV could slide on the brackets once hooked over the horizontal support, this is very doubtful due to the weight on the bracket hooks and indeed two screw clamps are supplied to use once the TV is installed on its stand. Do not forget to use these, makes it impossible to slide once tightened and more importantly prevents the TV from being lifted off the stand post once fitted.

Quality item! My tv was too big to fit on top of my drawers due to the legs being either side rather than central. Now my tv can sit on top of my drawers perfectly with this universal stand. Looks good and easy to attach.

Bought as my TV legs were right on the edge of the unit I use in the bedroom. This is super high quality and looks like it’s how the TV came originally. It is adjustable and fits any modern TV. It’s meant my TV can now sit safely on my IKEA drawers.

Used for Sony 40EX521, it fits great. Good product, recommended.

Anschaffungsgrund: ich hatte mir einen neuen Fernseher für die Küche (oben auf einem side by side) gegönnt. Entgegen der Bewerbung des Herstellers ließen sich die Füße des TV nicht in einer zweiten Position (nach innen gerückt) befestigen. Dies geht bei diesem Hersteller erst ab 75". War für mich ein Kaufgrund - die Verstellbarkeit. In der einzig verbliebenen Fußstellung paßte der Fernseher nicht auf das Kühlschrankgehäuse - zu breit. Also suchte ich nach einer Alternative. Separater, mittiger Ständer. Höhenverstellbar (weil der Platz nach oben begrenzt ist, deswegen wurde es "nur" ein 50"-TV), solide, nicht zu teuer. Entschieden habe ich mich dann für dieses Produkt. Es sah so aus, als könnte es klappen - von der Höhe. Leider gibt keiner der unzähligen Anbieter auf dieser Plattform, Maße an um den unteren Abstand zu bestimmen (Unterkante Fernseher zum Boden). Da hilft nur Augenmaß :-). Ausgesucht, bestellt. Einen Tag später war es da. Gut verpackt, stabiler Karton. Die Glasplatte gegen Absplitterungen geschützt mit zwei umlaufenden PU-Schaumstoffstreifen in mehr als ausreichender Dicke. Dann noch Styropor als Abstandshalter. Das Glas macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Schwer. Schön durchgefärbt. Dann sieht man erst einmal zwei Streifen mit sehr viel Zubehör. Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben, Abstandhalter, Inbusschlüßel, kleiner und einfacher Maulschlüßel. Alles sehr ordentliche Qualität. Jede dieser "Taschen" in den Streifen ist separat beschriftet/gekennzeichnet. Diese Kennzeichnungen findet man dann auf dem sehr übersichtlichen Insatallationsblatt. Für meinen Geschmack vorbildlich und narrensicher. Es sind verschiedene Schrauben für die Befestigung am FS dabei. Lange, kurze, dicke und dünne. Dazu passend die Unterlegscheiben und Abstandhalter. Die Kunststoffscheiben dienen auch dem Schutz der Rückwand des TV. Klasse. Die Blechstreifen zur VESA-Befestigung sind gut lackiert, solide. Trotzdem sind noch Verstärkungsscheiben (die silbernen) für die Schraubbefestigung dabei. In den drei unterschiedlichen Lochdurchmessern der verschiedenen Schrauben. Die Montage ist wirklich kinderleicht, auch für nicht so versierte Schrauber. Sie geht zügig vonstatten. Es dauert halt ein klein wenig, bis man sich die passenden Teile aus der großen Auswahl zurecht gelegt hat. Es gibt insgesamt drei verschiedene Höhen für den Fernseher zum Einhängen. Ich habe mich aus erwähnten Gründen für die untere Höhe entschieden. Am Ende wird der Fernseher mit den Schienen in den Ständer eingehängt. Das ist per se schon stabil. Im letzten Schritt werden dann noch zwei Metallwinkel mit Schrauben an die beiden Schienen angebracht. Hier wird mit den entsprechenden Schrauben dann der TV fixiert. Unten. Steht danach sehr gut und wackelfrei auf dem Fuß. Ehrlich gesagt hat mich die Qualität und der durchdachte Lieferumfang sehr positiv überrascht. Und das alles für einen moderaten Preis von 24,-. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: für einen deutschen/europäischen Hersteller ist das so nicht realisierbar. Ich persönlich kann diesen Halter nur empfehlen. In der höchsten Stellung findet locker noch eine gute Soundbar mit etwas mehr Volumen drunter Platz - oder ein ausgewachsener Subwoofer...
