Can i still use a PoE IP Camera and get power from this USB port?

I think I know what you are asking. The input is the RJ45 socket, you feed it POE and it splits that into just a data only RJ45 and the powered USB port which obviously only does power not data. Hope that helps.

Have a standard netgear switch and want to put one of these at both ends of a cable then usb feeding and apple cable out the other end? not working..

It won’t work as it will not feed power into the cable, it only converts the 48v poe fed into an Ethernet cable by a capable switch and reduces that to usb. Not sure what you’re trying to do, sounds like extend a usb cable over Ethernet?

Almost certainly not, PoE isn't usually available on these routers. However most modern routers have a USB port built in, so you can just use you standard charging cable. It will not "fast charge" though
