Good for cysts on head
Bought this for cysts on my head. One of my doctors uses these (or similar product). Another uses the old shave, cut, stitch and bandage method. Overkill. I am very healthy and coagulate quickly. Although using this was scary, it totally worked. 10 minute cyst removal. I used the 4mm and I used it with numbing cream. With the 4mm, a 1/2 inch cyst popped right out. I did make two holes right next to each other. Wash afterward and neosporin. Everything healed quickly,

USED FOR CYST
I used this for a big cyst on my breast that wouldn’t come to a head on its own, so I bought this after watching many videos on YouTube . I did use numbing cream but honestly didn’t help but I still had to brave and cut my own self . U have to keep twisting counter clock wise and eventually you feel the skin separate and untwist it back out . It does hurt a lot but I couldn’t deal with the cyst pain . Did this back in November of 2022 and now it’s January 2023 healed up nice . I used peroxide , Neosporin and a bandage and cleaned it every few hours . ITS WORTH IT , THE DOCTORS WILL DO THE SAME AND CHARGE U A WHOLE LOT WHEN U CAN DO IT YOURSELF!

I purchased two packs of 4-mm and 6-mm disposable puncher. Each puncher is individually packaged with protective cap. The cutting edge is sharp to cut soft polymer samples. The diameter is as accurate as described. Only knob color is different from the image showing in amazon, but it does not affect its use.

Using a back and forth twisting motion works best.
This item worked perfectly as it is intended and allowed me to deliver the necessary biopsy samples to the laboratory in professional condition.

Use to uncover a implant
These are very sharp and word great for tissue punching to uncover an implant.

Not a punch biopsy
This does not do a punch, it cuts a circle around your lesion, you have to use tweezers to pull up cut skin and cut it yourself with scissors or razorback. I thought item would do a scoop out and it does not.
