Natural Vitamin B12, 1000mcg, 100 Tablets (Pack of 2)

Typical size, so its easy to swallow, no real taste and its effect is either noticed right away or over the course of a couple of days. No stomach complaints from taking it and it does help. Not sure how quickly it dissolves, its not like super cheap stuff that can sit in water over night and be intact.

I've been taking the Nature's Bounty Vitamin D-3 supplements for some time and have been happy with the results so when I started a Vit B12 regimen, I decided to go with the same brand.
