Does Harrison have any pellets without peanuts of corn. My parrots can't eat them

I would look at the Adult Lifetime Mash formula by Harrison's Bird Food, there is no peanuts or corn in this formulation...here is the ingredient: *Ground Hulled Grey Millet, *Ground Toasted Buckwheat Groats, *Ground Soy Flakes, *Ground Hulled Sesame Seeds, *Chia Seed, *Spirulina, Calcium Carbonate, *Ground Sun-Dried Alfalfa, Montmorillonite Clay, *Ground Dried Sea Kelp, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Vitamin E Supplement, Sea Salt, Ground Whole Anise, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, D-alpha tocopheryl acetate, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Niacin Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, d-Biotin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Zinc Oxide, Copper Sulfate, Sodium Selenite, Calcium Carbonate.

Is this 5lb or 3? The listing has both sizes listed.. 5 lb as title and in picture but only 3 lb listed as the option.

Back when I bought it I bought 5 LBS. I have never bought it again (it's been at least 8 months) as my particular parrot didn't really like it., so I don't know how they are selling it now.

does it help with feather plucking?

My bird plucked his feather's because he had Borna Virus. After a year in treatment he stopped for the most part, unless he gets highly stressed. We switched him from Zupreem to Harrison's High Potency and it is much better for him. We treated him for a year with a liquid Celebrex course of medication. We also added 24 hour heat in his cage to help him recover. When birds are in a stressful environment like lots of noise, children, dogs barking, too much light, maybe tv's are too loud, video games, not enough time outside the cage (minimum 45 minutes a day) , not enough interaction (minimum 3 hours a day) , not enough toys (need lots of stimulation from chewing, claw toys, bells, wood blocks, etc. ) , maybe there is to much quick movement in the room, large boxes, sticks on the bottom of the cage ( look like snakes) . It really could be any one of several factors.

Whst is the expiration date on this 25 lb bag?

I don't pay attention to the date. It has a lengthy date similar to other animal products when you receive. I repackage into gallon size freezer bags and freeze them until I need them. I have done this for 15 years at least and never had a problem. I am feeding this to a 30 year old African gray, 28 year old eclectus and a Moluccan cockatoo.

Give them a go-they’re brilliant

Brilliant food that I feed my African greys. There only 1 and used to prefer the tiny finer version plus seed mix.Now they enjoy holding these course pellets. Anyone who struggles to get their bird to eat them just stop giving them seed and instead with 2 tablespoons of this in a dish add 5-6 nutriberries (they are small a balls of seed crushed pellets fruit and vegetables). The nutriberries are from from pellets and because of the other ingriedienta in them it really helps persuade your bird to also like pellets on their own. I give mine both daily not just one or the other.

I have been feeding Harrison pellets since my African grey was a year old he is 9 yrs old, and has to be syringe fed I make a porridge out of it and feed him he is healthy

No longer buying , price increased by £20.

I have 4 rescue parrots and have been buying this for some time now, however I shall no longer be buying it as the price is far too high, now it has increased by £20. I shall start making my own from fresh ingredients. Such a shame the food is great.

Use this brand all the time

I brought this when I couldn’t get it from my usual supplier and it seemed like everyone had run out, paid double the price I normally pay but I had no choice it’s the only pellets my parrot will eat.
