This is my daughter's favorite toy , she sleeps with it and carries.it everywhere it washes easily and it holds together well , it's soft and the rice bag is easily removable to microwave I also accidentally washed the removable warm bag in the washer and it didn't fall apart or get weird for the water I'm guessing the beads inside are silica or something not actual rice or beans so ot makes it durable against moisture. It warms fast and works well for comfort , the proce is reasonable and design is adorable my daughter ususes it all the time and beats it up without it falling apart , we've had to replace the original a couple times because my dog torenup the first one and we lost the second one , but as for being tossed around.By a toddler it gold up well especially for the price

SOOOO CUTE!!! I love Chelley so much. I’m so happy I got her. At first, I didn’t realize she can be a heat pack because I just saw her design but the heating is really nice. I just heat up the pack for a few minutes and it stays warm for a couple hours for me which is crazy. The only thing that just is weird (but it make since why) is when you heat up the pack and put it back in Chelley, sometimes the back of her can start to be wet which is a little uncomfortable and a weird texture to hold.

I bought one of these for each of my grandkids. Grandson is 9, Granddaughter is 6. They both LOVE THEM! The removable pouches to heat in the microwave were an instant hit with them in winter. We showed them how to heat them up safely, and how to put them into the pouch in the back of the axolotl so they didn't have any danger of burning themselves and they heat it up to use whenever they need to. Really a great gift for them both that they get good use of. The ease of use is also awesome because they don't need an adult to help them, once we showed them a few times, they have had no problems. They wear oven mitts to put the hot pouch in. Very handy to have on hand when they are not feeling well, have a tummy ache, or a bump, or bruise somewhere also. Highly recommend!

I got this in the mail recently because I needed something I could use for my PCOS cramping and I didn't want something to plug in but put in a microwave instead. Plus, being adorable and cute was positive for me when I'm in pain. The quality of the little axolotl is so nice! I love how lightly heavy it is when holding it. Honestly, when I opened it I cuddled it for a good while. lol I like that you can take the part that heats up out and only put that in the microwave—leaving the cute plush out so it doesn't need to fit in the microwave. I did get to use it already and it was everything I needed! I want more of them just because and also to give away as gifts. :) Very happy!

Bought this for when my daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed. It helped her immensely especially with her ear pain and keeping her neck from getting stiff. It’s easy to take the bead bag out and put back in. The outer cover is super soft.Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bag is a bit on the thin side and I had to repair it after about a week of constant use.
