Stainless Steel Wall Light Pillar Light, Front Door Side, Light Garden Wall Light IP44 ZLC032

We have struggled to find a light for either side of our front door, for ages as we have stone work around the front door. Most light units were too wide for the stonework, round lights just didn't look right and the 'Coach house' style lights you see everywhere just aren't our 'thing'. However, these are just brillient, fitting flush with the stone work, neaty and totally unobtrusive. Omitting a bright light that importantly doesn't dazzle as you approach, and bright enough to see my way clearly up the steps leading to the door. We bought three infact and so wish we'd found these to begin with as they are the best constructed lights we've had so far!

Very nice item, I agree with other reviewers that the (small) cover securing screws are difficult to handle, as the hole for them is very close to the wall. I have lost one.

I wanted one more of these lights to complete the existing run of five on the pathway in my rear garden. I was so pleased that I could still get one. The light is well made and really looks good. One thing to remember is that the cable entry is at the top, so plan your wiring run accordingly. I would thoroughly reccomended these lights.

be careful my lights were fitted in July by Jan the they had marks on the seams and rust on the joints . i complained they told me they should not be fitted as i was near the sea ??????? . now i am fitting for a refund as they are not fit for purposeYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I bought these in September 2016 and so I have three years roughly of experience with them. The internal core of diffusers in a frame have lasted well and kept their whiteness but the exterior is slowly going rusty, as all poor quality stainless steel does. I have wiped the case with WD40 in an attempt to preserve the case longer. The item is easy to fit for anyone with the right tools and easy to replace the bulbs. The four screws are very small and can be lost easily, but the advantage is the product looks contemporary and minimal. They suit the exterior of my 1950's house.

Looks great. Provides very good light and looks way more expensive than it actually was. Came very quickly, too. We are delighted with it .

The write up states that these lights support GU10 LED's. Gu10 is a bayonet fixing, these are large Edison screw caps. Although it states that elsewhere in the write-up, it is still confusing.Otherwise, I would have scored these lights higher. They are nice looking, and easy to fit.
