Great little knife sharpeners
Excellent. Not sure how long these blades will last but at least you can buy replacement parts for something which isn't so common nowadays. It might not be the 'proper' way to sharpen knives but it is effective and my joseph joseph knives have never stayed so sharp.

I have been using the Accusharpe knife sharpener for years ever since I found one in America.I can honestly say that it is the very best sharpening tool on the market. I have good Henkel knives and they are razor shart. And it does not damage the blades after hundreds of uses.

sharp knives
Of all the sharpeners I've used for the last 50 yrs this has to be the very best so far, the blades are reversible so no loss there!, be sure to hold the knife securely when sharpening; once the angle is obtained on the blade edge two or three strokes will do the job I love it!! careful when you go in the knife box, F.J.Scarratt
