HiWatch by Hikvision THC-B220-V HD 1080p 2.8 - 12mm Vari Focal 40m IR Bullet CCTV Camera - White

I had a few teething problems with my delivery at first but all worked out fine in the end . The cameras look to work fine as described nice looking also.

Decided to upgrade my CCTV system which I use for watching wildlife rather than security. Had purchased a Sannce system with 2 cameras to get colour at night and even though wide angle gave better views than 900TVL zoom camera. So I decided to try and get a 1080p zoom and plumped on the Hiwatch. No regrets. It has the same problem all zoom cameras have in getting the zoom and focus correct (wide angle lenses have a long focus range, zooming requires refocusing on zooming so make sure you have got it right before fixing in location especially if a ladder). Zooming and refocusing screws are a real pain to adjust hence losing a star but I am very happy with the quality of the picture and the light spill from the Sannce colour cameras provides enough light for a colour picture through the night which is an added bonus for me. I had to switch off these cameras to check the IR light and found that too to be excellent. 1080p cameras are far superior to the old TVL cameras assuming your box can handle themVery happy with the purchase.

Great cheap peace of kit compared to my original one that came with my CCTV, doesn't come across as any issues as of yet, nothing cheap see or feel about it, one thing I've come across that am 50/50, there's a 3rd wire on cam to switch tvi, ahd etc, its default isn't ahd, I changed it to ahd, but with unplugging the camera for a split second in side of my home, has reset it to default... So now I need to get ladders out remove junction box off bla bla just to hold a button for 5 seconds, not the best, is there anyway around this?UpdateAll well, bought 5 altogether and no issues, night vision could be a little brighter but other that that all goodUPDATE#2I have bought so many of these cameras of this seller, 8 cameras in total, never hand an issue other than the first camera I got is now flickering random colours of a night time when my night light comes on...

Attached to Hikvision dvr, good quality picture, still good at night. Hard to evaluate motion detection as I use software on DVR for that. Only slight issue is with focus and zoom which are manual and very sensitive making it a fiddly.

I bought this camera six months ago. Just fitted it as a replacement unit. I wish I'd fitted it sooner then I could have replace six more. Out of stock now. Brilliant camera for the price. Quality image day or night. One down side. Tacky plastic focus adjustment tool. Makes adjustment a bit more difficult. Well worth the money and time installing.

The quality of the image is very good, similar with Hikvision ones but it has not the management for zooming so you can change just the resolution. I suppose this is why is cheaper.

An easy to Set up, And adjust the cctv camera.A Good colour image in the day time.Also a good black and white image at night.Its a Little on the large size, But works well.
