I brought this to help with my facial acne and inflammation. Within the first week I noticed a difference, there was fewer break outs. Good skin routine is essential as it dried out my skin but definitely reduced the inflammation. Only downside is it does not last long enough and I had to wait till payday to purchase again. I used 2 squeezes in the morning, afternoon and evening then reduced to (morning and evening once I noticed I was running low!) I put it in my water and it did not alter the taste. I’m hoping there’s a bigger bottle to buy so it lasts longer

I saw the difference in my skin so fast, I get so many compliments i’m literally glowing now I usually mix it with my cucumber water and it’s taste so nice and refreshing the chlorophyll itself has no taste to it tbh sometimes I mix it into my orange juice because the color it gives confused ppl😂 u should definitely get this though

been taking every single day for aboutttt a month and a week because I was hoping for some skin benefits but sadly i didnt get any, its refreshing to add to my water but it did not help at all with my acne if anything my acne has gotten worse in the time ive been taking this - not saying it caused it to get worse but certainly hasnt made it better.
