VERSASTACK Tool Box, 17-inch, Stackable System (CMST17830)

Easy to use, works really good with other versastack pieces we purchased. They seem to be really durable. Quality wise, I'd easily compare them to the more expensive red brand of tools. We use them for livestock showing. Keeps all of our clippers and blades organized and easily portable when hauling in and out of shows.

Love this. Use it as the top of a 3 tiered setup. Fits 16 inch items with ease. Latches are quality, keep the box secure and lid tight. Overall good product, good brand. Wish it had dividers for more versatility when organizing tools inside. I love that Dewalt Tstak boxes and accessories work with Versastack.

This is a great idea for a replacement to my broken tool box for electronics. This is perfect for either battery operated tools or for storing organizer boxes or tools/instuments in their own box. It snaps together with other items in the same line via snaps on the side, so you can effectively make a custom tool box. It gets a bit bulky, as I think the expect users to eventually be using a two wheeler. There are some very helpful cases in this line THAT AMAZON DOES NOT CARRY. You can get them (in the US) at Ace Hardware (may need to order them, but you can do that online) or Lowes (had a pretty good stock, plus you can check them out). Definitliy worth visiting the web site if you don’t see exactly what you like. The case w/ the pull-out drawers is also very helpful and sturdy (for plastic). The only downside is that the parts box opens on the top, but if you snap it to the top of your tool box you cannot use the top handle. Sort of a minor pain the butt to have to unsnap the parts box and put it on top when I am done carrying it around.

Bought the whole set and it’s been awesome! Perfect for jobs on the go or racing! Good price for the quality of them too like usual with Craftsman!

Quality.

Does the job. My only complaint is that the latches are as rigid and don’t click into place properly. I had to wedge magnets between the boxes and I’m still not sure it is secure.

I like these for my mechanics tools. Mine got too heavy to carry about in one box so now it's split into a few to keep the weight like and the tools in categories.
