The pound cake came out beautiful and tasted so good! Mold is small but deep. I noticed a difference after first couple of uses. The first 2 cakes were really light although cooked for the appropriate amount of time in an electric oven. I noticed after using the cake mold in a gas oven, it has a little brown crust across the top and sides once cooked but that’s fine. I was expecting that (brown) from the first bake. It’s non stick so removal is easy because the mold slides right off. Good quality, price, and it’s easy to clean.

Works great and easy to remove chocolate mold. Only problem was when it was delivered, it came in a bit rolled up in the packaging and left one side of the mold slightly bent. You can kinda see in the bottom right of the heart but it’s not a big problem. I heating it up to try and fix it a bit. Great product for the value!

This has to be the worst mold. I tried making the breakable heart and every time I went to take it out of the mold it broke. First I thought maybe I wasn’t putting enough chocolate but used a lot and still it broke. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I had a similar heart cake mold without the star shaped stand before. The one I had was too soft to the point that I had to be so careful when pouring and transferring it to the oven, otherwise the mixer would get out. I came across this upgraded one recently that greatly improved on the softness matter. This one has the stand on it that supports the whole structure steadily. The best thing about this is that it comes with prime, so I didn’t have to wait for ages like the other ones. It came in 2 days. There is a recipe that came with this mold. The recipe is very easy to follow even for a starter. I consider myself as an advanced baker, so I decided to do it in my way and baked a heart cake that’s in my liking. I was worried a bit about the silicone, but it turned out to be ok in the oven.
