These are great to ease the bowels if taken one at a time. Beware if you take more, if you didn’t need two or three three you will be clean as a whistle in no time. Mind you if you need it they are reliable but be patient.They taste good too.

I’ve been using these for a few months now and find them very good. Following starting a new medication I felt I was struggling to go to the toilet which is very unusual for me. My daughter suggested I try theses I wasn’t sure at first. They tasted good, easily digested easy to use but worked very well. On a recent holiday abroad I forgot to pack them. What a disaster I really noticed the difference without them.
