Lattissima Pro

I was upgrading from an older model Senseo which didn't make a bad coffee but the Nespresso Lattissima Pro is in another league altogether. I'm extremely happy with the Lattissima & I wish I'd upgraded much sooner. My main reasons for purchasing this machine was for the milky coffees & its general ease of use. I've even started to use my kettle less as it's often quicker & easier to get hot water from this machine. The machine itself is solidly built & they've really thought about the design to keep everything as simple as possible. All of the attachments are modular & they simply slide, or twist & lock into place. A chimpanzee could use this machine but the display still provides prompts of what to do & when for those that can struggle to learn new routines or who only use it occasionally. All of the removable parts are dishwasher safe & multiple wash cycles haven't caused any fading or other issues. It makes a wonderful coffee in seconds, whether it's a quick ristretto or a nice foamy latte. It's not as noisy as I was expecting from reading reviews before I purchased either. (You know when it's running of course but it's only for a few seconds anyway & my kettle is 5x noisier for 5x longer.) There's a massive range of authentic Nespresso or compatible pods available as well that cater to all tastes, so there's no shortage of choice. I was really surprised how hot it makes the coffees too (even the cappuccinos/lattes), my old Senseo, or Tassimo's or Dolce Gusto's friends/family have were never able to get up to ideal temperatures, even from brand new & with regular de-scaling. All in all an awesome package that won't look out of place in any kitchen. The pods can be recycled but I wish the system could be updated to bag up the pods to go into a normal recycling bin, (as it stands you have to take your used pods to an authorised collection point.) The machine is a little larger than something like a Senseo or Dolce Gusto but it's not massive. They are a touch pricey too but worth every single penny. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one. 5/5.

This my third Nespresso pod machine and by far the best; so easy to use, makes great coffee, has large water and milk containers, so easy to clean and clear easy to read instructions are displayed on the top of the m/c to remind you when the water needs topping up or the milk heater/frother needs cleaning and even reminds you to put the milk frother back in the fridge

The milk and water are hot compared to others I’ve had which is great. Good amount of froth from the milk. It’s neat, easy to use east to clean. Overall I’m very impressed and would highly recommend.

If you want to make multiple single, double espresso. Cappuccino, latte or more from the press of a button this is amazing. If you don't want the hassle of a classic machine to clean every time then this is for you. you time a drink such as 'cappuccino' to your specific cup of which then always registers. You can then clean the milk at ease and store in the fridge for a day or two. This is easy and looks amazing at your kitchen worktop for coffee drinkers.

Very pleased with the machine, not very happy to see the price is now £257.00 I paid £299.00! The only problem for me is I wish the milk came out hotter!

excellent coffee maker in every respect, our previous one was identical and lasted seven years and was in use just about every day numerous times.

This machine has a very easy to use interface and the auto clean for the milk is a big plus! Much smaller than a bean to cup machine but still great quality coffee!
