EWK 1/2" Drive Digital Torque Wrench 12.5-250 ft-lbs (17-340 Nm) with Angle, LED Display & Audible Buzzer Alert, Auto and Motorcycle Repairs

I am a shade tree mechanic, so I don't need the most deluxe digital torque wrench, but I wanted one that was high quality and accurate. This one definitely fits the bill. LOL, my wife was even impressed. I have a big clicky type Craftsman for the heavy duty jobs where I am torquing to more than 200 ft-lbs. The EWK 3/8" Drive Digital Torque Wrench was perfect for my recent installation of struts on our 2002 Toyota Camry, especially the rear struts since I needed a wrench with a low profile so I did not have to tear the whole car apart to access the strut nuts. It also worked well for a brake job I just did. It definitely seems like good quality, the battery is easy to access, comes in a nice case and seems to be accurate. Great tool for a great price!

Great torque wrench. Low price. I have several snap-on torque wrenches but needed one that could reach up to the 300 ft lb range. The case it comes in is metal. The wrench itself is solid. You set the desired limit on the display and it will beep at you when achieved. Very easy. I compared it to a snap-on snap action wrench and both were identical. So out of the box it seems to be good and accurate for use. Enjoy 👍

Amazingly slim for how powerful it is - extremely solid construction and ergonomic too. Beware - certain versions do not have an angle setting!

Have had this wrench for awhile now. Very pleased with operation, fit and storage case. If it sits for a couple weeks, even in case, I have to remove batteries and roll them around a bit to make good contact. Have used on variety of torque settings purposely measuring tightening and loosening. It is consistent.

I really like this digital torque wrench. It way exceeded my expectations. The only gripe I have is that it shuts off too soon. I’ll set it and then wrench, then put it down to move to the next bolt, and sometimes when re-situating, it’ll shut off bc I took too long. Those of you who work on cars, you’ll know what I mean - sometimes you need to reposition yourself and your angle on the next fastener and it takes time! Also: you must have it nearly perfectly flat to turn it on and calibrate it. It’s not the worst thing in the world but it means you can’t flip it back on while it is in your hand, after the annoying auto shutoff. That said, it’s accurate and easy to set. I love the angle mode and I use it a lot for torque-to-yield one-time use bolts (thanks Porsche, thanks BMW). The “max torque ” display function is very very useful when you need to make sure you don’t exceed a rating, or when you can’t always look to see how much torque you’ve already applied.

Very well made and relatively easy to use.. The metal box and packaging is very good. It will emit several beeps just prior to emitting a constant tome to alert you that your are at the dialed-in torque setting. Prior to this, I used a mechanical TW and this is a significant step up in accuracy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I would give this torque wrench 10 stars if only I could adjust the time for it to turn itself off. I have retired my good Snap-On, I like this wrench so much. I had given a bad view to start because it kept shutting itself off, even when in use. Then I realized it has the (usually cheap) batteries supplied with the tool, so even though the battery indicator showed full charge, I changed the batteries and it works as advertised, now. I would highly recommend this torque wrench. It has the widest range of any that I looked at.

Used to have a digital snap on torque wrench and honestly for how good the price is I'd say the quality is similar super impressed with this tool absolutely love it can't go wrong with this if your looking for a digital torque wrench
