I used this flashlight for 6 months daily for work. Towards the end, the button started acting up and finally stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement in about a week. Customer service is 5 stars. It is very bright, functionality is great, doesn't strobe when trying to turn it off, and it's power bank feature is great. Battery lasts longer too, since it comes with a bigger 21700 cell.

Economic, right size, very bright, easy to carry, good looking, and quality workmanship. However, or maybe I got a defective one, the switch has a mind of it's own. 1. At one point it works well, on and off with the selected level of brightness. 2.At some point I can press three times for it to come one 3.At some point I can press once or three times to turn off 4.At some point I press once, it turns on flashing in quick succession. 5.At some point when charging, it shows red without end. **Overall, 20% works well, 80% acting. In the last five years, I have had five Wuben flash lights of three different types, this is my first disappointment.

I really like this light for any camping trip, especially if going on longer hikes. The combo of long beam throw and ability to charge a phone make it not only a great all around flashlight, but could easily help in any situation where you need to find your way at night. Or put on strobe and be found by others from a very long distance. Wish I could find a diffuser for it to use as lamp. Hope for an update with a magnetic base and USB-C in/out instead of USB-A out only. Work in factories as a technician for 30 yrs. This is by far the most durable and bright flashlight I’ve ever owned. Lost one down a pit I had for 6 yrs. Had to get another. Highly recommend. Small and bright. Long lasting battery off a single 20min charge. I use this daily.

I purchased this light October 31st. It worked very well for about 4 months but started having trouble charging. Unfortunately it no longer holds any charge at all, the light turns on only when plugged in and immediately turns off when unplugged even when charged overnight (see my video). So while it's easy to use and has plenty of lighting modes / options it's overall durability is lacking. I may have gotten a dud but I'm not sure. What I do know is 4 months of good, 2 months of meh and now 2 weeks of nope isn't worth the price. And as always happens on Amazon it stops working after the exchange period so yeah lol.

Outstanding flashlight for the price compared to some of the more I guess I’ll say well known brands. This one competes very very well. I actually have a couple of these now. I keep one in my car one of my backpack one in My Home. The interface or UI is very good And it isn’t one of these where you have to click at 900 times to get the setting you want. the included battery last a long time now granted I’m not using this thing for hours at a time, but I find that when I do have to use it it tends to hold a charge for quite a while. Now I don’t run this on full mode most of the time I typically only use the lowest or next up setting But the throw on this is very good. Charging is very easy as it has a USB-C charger on the exterior. I’m not a big fan of others like a similar coast model that I had for quite a while where you actually had to remove the battery and charge it that way. The clip on this works very well and has great retention. I can’t recommend this enough for the price is just a fantastic flashlight. This isn’t something that I would necessarily EDC just because it is a bit larger and I prefer a smaller one to keep in my bag, but as I said, I have several days in various places and they come in very handy. The one I keep by the back door works great for when I take the dog out. My only gripe and it’s a minor one is that if you’re running it especially on the higher modes for more than maybe 10 minutes it does tend to heat up quite a bit, but it will automatically cut itself back down to a lower setting, so it’s really not that big of a Nitpick.

if your on the fence about this light i’m here to tell you, pull the trigger as you will not be disappointed. the super low eco mode is great for being sneaky at night while still being able to throw a little bit of light on anything you may need to see, i also appreciate how you can instantly go from super low to your high beam with a double click, or go from completely off to instantly strobing. this allows for a more “tactical” feel and is great for self defense. this flashlight is well built and the feel is there to back it up, def drop resistant. water proofing seems good as well just don’t go for more than it’s rated. all in all this is a great alternative to spending 80-100 dollars and still being able to keep up with the price point… again you will not be disappointed in this light, especially if you’ve never experienced a truly “bright” flashlight, and trust this light puts itself well within that category. had a couple of cheeky cars coming by who decided to turn they’re high beams on me, without hesitation both times i went from eco mode straight to blasting them with turbo and let’s just say it worked like a charm, showed them heavens gates for a few seconds and got those low beams to come back on quick. could easily recommend this to any cop/ first responder because battery life is great and that tight beam is gonna reach out and show you everything you wanna see. bunch of other features i for sure missed (like charging your phone via usb A port and replaceable/upgradable battery) but id urge you to go check out a full youtube review to see the power this thing really has. also if your between the Wuben C2 or C3 (as an owner of both) i’d definitely spend the extra 10 dollars on the C2 for the more concentrated beam.
