Really like the sound and bass. Can't expect anything better in this price range. To be honest, this exceeded my expectations. Portronics is really uping their game. Don't think twice, just go for it. Definitely recommended.

Value for money and sound is good for that price and built quality is good

its been 6 months since using this neckband and no physical damage, but one side speaker stopped working. when raising to warranty claim Portronics support inform me that only carry-in warranty service and ask me to spend for courier to them in Delhi or Mumbai. Worst process nd service. Update: when u send it they take their own time and return back with a different item, in my case got back a used Z2 instead of Z4 as part of warranty claim. This brand and support center are cheats. Now they want me to provide unboxing video proof to accept their cheating but denying to provide the boxing video showing they packed correct fresh z4

The neckband is very light weight and comfortable to wear during jogging or workout. It has excellent sound quality and it's complete value for money. The packaging was great too. The bass quality of the earphones is amazing. The listening experience is greatly enhanced by these.
