For what seems like years I considered getting this and finally I splurged on myself because I'm worth it! ;) The experience of this shampoo is luxurious. You only need about a teaspoon of the salt paste applied to your hair and scalp. Just make sure your hair is wet first. What I noticed most about this right after I got out of the shower was how clean and refreshed my scalp was.Normally my scalp has been a little itchy lately and today I'm feeling total calm and no itching! When I feel my hair now that it is all dry I can sense the softness and I notice more body and fullness to my fine hair.This product does not weight down hair, but rather lightens it as it removes product build up. And if you use mousse or gel you will appreciate that aspect of this cleansing shampoo. Since you only need to use so little this is a good value! I love Goop products and can also recommend the lip balm which is so wonderful. I just got more!The scent of this salt scrub is also more like essential oils - it is not that strong but you can definitely tell there are essential oils in this! So a high-quality product.I'm happy I finally tried it and will get it again. But one container is going to last a while!!! You only are supposed to use it every three or so shampoos but I can see myself using it even more often because it is so fun to use.~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. This was a Prime Day purchase/splurge and it was worth it. I am struggling with hair loss and thinning because of menopause and this made my hair feel fuller and healthier after just one wash. I was a little apprehensive about using a salt scrub on my scalp and how it would lather but it worked out. The scent is lovely as well.

Best product for excema of the scalp

I like it. I’m not sure it’s great value for the money but I enjoy using it. It makes my scalp feel clean but not dry, the texture is enjoyable and it smells good. It’s hard to find a clarifying shampoo that is safe for color treated hair. This one does the job. But, it’s definitely a luxury price point.

It’s just ok. I did my research and read reviews people raved about smell and it’s just ok. It’s smells like essential oils, nothing special. I returned it because after one use it completely stripped my toner I had done 3 weeks ago! My color is slowly showing again. I spent $150 on a cut and toner and it all went to waste after I used this product. Beware if you have color or toner because it will strip it away after one use! Also, it doesn’t specify how much to us and a little goes a long away. I felt like I should have used less of the product because I was rinsing it off forever. I did notice it left some salt behind after my hair dried. Overall, it’s just ok and better for natural, virgin hair without toner or color.

I have an oily scalp, and after reading the product description, decided to give this scrub a try. Super easy to use, smells wonderful, and my scalp and hair felt amazing after one use. A little goes a long way, so it’s a great value. No regrets…love it!!
