How is the item recharged?

It comes with a usb cable and you plug it in. A fantastic gadget, don’t know how we managed without it.

Can I use this on a fleece? I washed it with a new sweater and it ended up covered in white fluff - but it's quite bobbly/fleecy anyway.

Yes this is a great fabric bobble remover. Good value for money easy to take apart for cleaning and comes with a small brush which could have been a bit longer in length. I use a longer artists paint brush to clean rhe collection chamber. Comes with a usb cable for charging and has a well lit screen to show the amount of charge and displays 3 speeds. The blade ring is easily removed for cleaning. I've used it to remove bobbles on a dressing gown, tracksuit bottoms, hoodies & bobbles that form around the neck of T-Shirts.

How long do the blades last and where can you buy them from?

My blade is still in good condition and I’ve had about 6month plus now and used a few times. I’ve not had to renew. I do suggest you empty the bin part often as it fills quickly
