will this remove scratches

Brilliant product. My headlamps were opaque and following the instructions they came up like new. It removed light scratches and the opaque film on the lenses. I was really impressed.

No. Get some good masking tape. Old stuff that you've had for ages is no good.

Do I have to have that machine (in the photo) in order to use this?

Need a drill of sorts it attaches to the end of it .
