Been in the market for some new jockstraps for a while, seeing as I've grown out of my old Youpers.I didn't even know Shock Doctor made these in black, so when I saw em, plus they were a few bucks off, I had to get em. Cup pocket is nice, they fit all my cups nicely and comfortably, no gaps for your bits to get caught in and squished.My only issue with it is that, the size I got, XL, is quite small for an XL. I swear they're as tight as my old youpers. I'm hoping that it's just a brand new product and that they just need to be worn in.Aside from that, they're quite comfy, with or without a cup.

While my husband got these for his recovery after a vasectomy, there was a need to get the right size. It seemed like most ran small. While initially going by the waist size seemed right, don't do it. Go for a size up from what you think.The small size created a cut from pinching and caused discomfort over time. The support was absolutely welcomed but really shined when the right size was in place. Recovery from that procedure can be enough, so choose the right size for the jockstrap.

My husband needed something with huge comfort for when he got snipped. He said it made a huge difference. Very comfortable, kept him safe, very functional for its purpose. Great durability and the price was perfect.

Fist off the fabric is soft and comfortable and that shape of the pouch (with or without the cup) fits very nicely. The waistband is durable with a good and comfortable fit.However, the back straps are not the best elastic. They are a bit loose and leave a bit to be desired as far as keeping the pouch tucked in and close for a better fit. If you use it with a cup it sits in place a little better but the elastic is still not quite what I was hoping for. Also, the seams for the back straps seem a bit weak so DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHER!Defiantly a hand wash only garment and do not put them in the dryer or they will shrink, melt or just fall apart.If you just need something to use for short training session or low stress activates then it should work just fine but I would not expect these to hold up to much stress.

Got this for my husband be cause he's an umpire. Hes caught a few missed balls to the crotch and this certainly has done its job in keeping the cup in place to protect the family jewels.
